Scale:
Enter the models scale. If there is no scale enter no scale or N/A.
Complexity:
This lets the judge know how much work you put into the model and details.
Out Of The Box - if kit instructions are included, judges will be able to confirm that the kit is out of the box and will judge based on knowing that nothing else was added to the kit. If no instructions are included, judges will score based on quality of model build. Simply have the instructions near your model on the display table at the show.
Kit+ Aftermarket and/or some scratch building - The model has parts added that were not part of the original kit. Things like resin or photo etch parts, 3D printed parts or parts that were built from scratch. Judges will expect a higher level of quality of build due to the added complexity of the build.
100% 3D Printed - A model that was fully 3D printed. Though this does not affect how the model is judged directly, this lets the judge know that the model is 100% 3D printed. If there are parts that were not 3D printed in the final model, as long as it does not exceed 25% of the total build, it is allowed. You can explain in the description which parts where not 3D printed. It does not matter if the model was printed by the modeler or was a third party kit.
Scratch Built - Judges will score based on highest standards of quality since these types of skills lend to being a model master.
Special effects/Lighting - If you have added any of these to your model that was not included in the kit you can indicate it on the entry from. You can add a short description of the add ons in the title section or write a longer description on a seperate piece of paper and place it next to your model. This will help judges know you have done extra work beyond what came with the kit.
Did You Paint and/or Weather The Model - Many kits today come with pre colored plastic and also may be pre weathered. If you have painted your model and/or weathered it yourself, choose yes. If you built the model right out of the box with no additional painting or weathering, choose no.
Collections
If you are entering multiple models as one entry to be judged as a collection, check yes.
Title:
A short title or description of your model. This can be anything that better helps define your model. For example, P-51D Mustang, 1984 Grand Prix Winner Ferrari, Sherman Tank At The Front 1944 etc. You can place a separate description with further detail if you wish to provide it.
