Vendor table reservations must be paid in advance.
Tables are 6 feet in length. Only tables along the walls are permitted to use electrical power - vendors must bring their own extension cords. You will be able to request specific tables during checkout.
Vendors will be allowed to have two people access the venue without additional cost. More than two people per vendor will require a $10 Walk-in Fee for each person. Vendors must remove all boxes/trash upon departure.
Table Assignments/Reservations
To maximize floor space and table availability, we may slightly adjust your reserved tables by moving your tables over by one table. We will not move your tables to a different aisle, side of aisle, or if you are at the end of an aisle or wall. If you are along an aisle, and there is a free table next to your table/tables, we may move you one spot over to make other tables available in groups. No notice of table assignment changes will be sent. Your final table numbers will be emailed to you at least one week before the show with full load in and load out details.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your table registration up to 30 days prior to the show. You may choose a full refund or credit towards future shows. Refunds will be made within 7-14 business days. Cancellations less then 30 days from the show will not be refunded or credited to future shows. In case of show cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, vendor can choose a full refund or a credit toward future shows. Vendor will be contacted within 30 days of show cancellation with details.
Hurricanes, Acts of God, Extreme Weather Policy:
Vendor fees will be refunded or credited only if the show is cancelled due to extreme weather or other issues. If the show is not cancelled, no refunds or credits will be issued. If you are unable to make it to the show, you will forfeit your vendor fees and reservation. No exceptions.
